Warranty Services While I have performed authorized warranty service in the past for IBM, and Lexmark hardware, I am not currently authorized to perform any warranty service at this time. Due to the wide range of brands available, and the cost of such certification, I will only consider seeking warranty authorization for brands that are used by clients who enter a 12 month service agreement with me. The free initial consultation does not include labor hours. This consultation time is for the purposes of becoming familiar with your systems and operations. This may include tours of the facilities, discussion about possible solutions or upgrades, time & expense estimates, etc. | |||
The flex-hours offered in my service plans allow you to use my services in the most efficient way for your business. Flex-hours can be used for any purpose including installation, consulting or emergency services. With flex-hours, up to 1/4 of the hours available with your plan may be carried over to the next month. A portion of your flex-hours may even be used for regularly scheduled visitation. In other words, I would work on-site for a certain number of hours, on the same day each month (i.e. 10a-12p the 3rd Tuesday of every month.) This works great for making a list of small problems that aren't critical and having them addressed at the same time each month. If there are no problems, that time can also be used for consultation to see how your business might utilize new technology, or get more out of what you already have. Use of flex-hours for scheduled visitation is limited to 4 hours for the Growing Business Plan, and 8 hours for the Premium plan. | |||
